Course Objectives:
- PPS-II builds on skills learned in PPS-I, and focuses on advancing cueing components, touch techniques, session adaptation and the needs of the more advanced athletic client, in addition to modifications and variations for the special needs client. Learn intermediate through advanced exercises, while deepening the skills needed to teach these exercises in private sessions and small-group classes.
Pre-Requisites:
- Successful completion of PPS I
- 145 logged pre-requisite hours (broken into 60 hours of personal practice and 85 hours of teaching).
Support Materials:
- Peak Pilates’ materials will be provided by The Pilatestudio.
- Visually rich, comprehensive manual
- Instructor Education DVD breaking down the set-up, execution and flow of each exercise
Assessment:
- Will be held separately about 12 weeks after the course.
Hour’s Breakdown:
- 4 days – 28 contact hours
Additional 50 Logged Hours:
- Personal Practice 25 hours (10 mat, 15 equipment)
- Teaching 25 hours (10 mat, 15 equipment)
Certification Requirements:
- 100% Attendance
- Passing score on all assessments
- Submission of 100 logged hours prior to Assessment.

- Minimum 4 participants to open the course
- No refund or rescheduling after the start of the course
- If registering 10 days prior to the beginning of the course (or less), additional 10% charge will be levied for late registration
- Materials are non-refundable when canceling
- Rescheduling is not allowed
Cancelation policy:
- If canceling 14 days before the beginning of the course (or more) 70% refund
- If canceling 14 days before the start of the course (or less) 50% refund
